We're US based company who have clients all around the world and operate web servers hosted in Germany. Our hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH adheres to the EU/US “Privacy Shield”, ensuring that your data is securely stored and GDPR compliant. Data Retention

We keep your data as long as you remain as a WhoVisitedMe User. You can request your user account to be removed by contacting our support at [email protected]. After removal, your data is kept for 7 days in our system backups. For legal reasons we have to retain certain information for a longer period. This includes such information as billing and payments data.


Compliance

California Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

COPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law's reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared.

We do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
